Interior & Seats
This 1991 Corvette was purchased new by the owner. In lieu of buying a new car, he decided to "spruce up" this one. We ended up installing fresh cut-pile carpet, restoring and re-upholstering the seats with new lumbar bladders as well, and installing a new convertible top and weatherstrip.
1972 Corvette
Engine Swap
This car was built with the base L48 200hp engine option. With a desire for more power, we built a new engine for it from a 1979 L82 Corvette block. 4 bolt main, forged GM crank, "pink" rods, and TRW forged pistons got freshened up with new main and rod bearings, rings, and cam bearings. It was topped with Brodix IK200 aluminum heads, a Howards retro-roller cam kit with .520/.540 lift, and a port-matched Edelbrock Peformer RPM intake. Holley 570 CFM Street Avenger feeds it and 2.5" Iron exhaust manifolds let it breathe.

1967 Chevelle SS
Chassis Restoration
This project was step-1 of a larger 1967 Chevelle ground-up restoration. The donor chassis was blasted and powder-coated, rear-end fully restored and the entirety of the suspension, braking system and hard-lines restored. The car got 4-wheel disc brakes and all new factory bent lines, Laeres quick ratio steering gear, stock replacement control arms and springs for an OEM ride. The differential was overhauled with Yukon posi unit, new axles, and 3.70:1 ring and pinion.
C3
Rear Suspension Restoration
This C3 came to us needing some work to get it on the road again after a number of years sitting. We overhauled the differential with new seals and cover, u-joints, and fresh strut rods and bushings.
The differential cover had been damaged from the wrong bolts being used.
1967 Camaro RS/SS
Engine & Transmission Swap
The owner of this car was not satisfied with the low power output of the 350 the car was built with, so he asked us to give him 350+ HP at the wheels. We assembled a 350 with big valve aluminum heads with 64cc chambers, a bigger cam, and nice Edelbrock endurashine EPS intake. He decided to ditch the stock Powerglide transmission for a mildly built Turbo 350 Automatic instead. Once completed, let's just say he is going to budget for new tires pretty frequently!

Convertible Top Replacement
Here is a step-by-step walkthrough of the 1991 Corvette top and weatherstrip replacement we did in conjunction with the interior restoration above.

This is the top frame completely stripped of weatherstrip and top.
Final touch, we did a cut and polish of the paint on the car so the customer took home a car he bought new, looking new again!
